Terms of service

These terms cover your use of NevyntOS, provided by Nevynt Technologies. Your organisation’s agreement with Nevynt Technologies sets the commercial terms (plan, seats, fees, service levels); where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Your account

Your organisation gives you access. Keep your password to yourself, use two-factor sign-in where your organisation asks for it, and tell your administrator if you think someone else has used your account. Your organisation can change or end your access.

Using the portal

Use it for your organisation’s work and within its policies. Don’t try to reach data you haven’t been given access to, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, or use it to break the law.

Your organisation’s data

What your organisation puts into its workspace belongs to it. Nevynt Technologies uses that data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and returns or deletes it when the organisation leaves.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal available and secure, and we improve it over time. We may change or retire features; when a change takes something away that your organisation relies on, we’ll give reasonable notice.

Liability

The portal helps run your organisation’s processes — payroll, invoices and leave among them — and your organisation remains responsible for checking what it approves, files and pays. Liability between your organisation and Nevynt Technologies is set in their agreement.
